Governor James H. Douglas

Governor Douglas served from 2003 to 2011 for a total of four terms. In total, Gov. Douglas transferred 179 cubic feet of paper gubernatorial records to the State Archives in January 2011, of which 48 cubic feet were closed under Executive Privilege until January 9, 2017.

In addition to paper records, Gov. Douglas transferred a small number (3.4 GB) of digital records. All digital records are available through VSARA's Reference Room and some are also available through VSARA's online digital archives, VT Re•tain.
