Digital State Archives

Born-digital archival public records transferred to the Vermont State Archives and Records Administration are preserved in VT Re•tain, the State of Vermont's digital preservation system and digital state archives.

At the discretion of the State Archivist, digital archival public records in the state archives that are not exempt from public inspection or copying are made publicly accessible online through VT Re•tain's Public Portal (currently under development but available for exploring).
