Hours & Directions

The Vermont State Archives and Records Administration is open to the public Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM.

In addition to walk-in services, appointments for researching records in the state archives can be made in advance (recommended.

Driving directions via Interstate 89: Take exit 9 to U.S. Route 2. Turn right at the yield sign and proceed west on Route 2. Midway down the hill turn, right into the driveway of our facility, located directly behind the Vermont State Police Barracks.
