Rulemaking

The Rules of the Board of Dental Examiners are due to be updated. The Board has recommended the following draft text to the Director of Professional Regulation. This draft has not yet been introduced through the formal rulemaking process. The Board and the Office welcome commentary and recommendations from all interested persons. Received comments are a public record. Email comments to sos.opr.comments@vermont.gov. Once approved by the Director, the proposed rule will be filed with appropriate review committees and the Secretary of State. A separate, formal comment period will follow. This page will be updated to reflect comment deadlines, changes to the text, and other rulemaking details.
