Civil Court Cases

Civil cases are currently heard by the Civil Division of the Superior Court. Predecessors to the Civil Division include the former Vermont Superior Courts, Municipal Courts and County Courts. Civil court cases in the Vermont State Archives are generally limited to cases heard prior to 1945 and specific geographic locations.
