Strategic plan for the Vermont Historical Records Advisory Board (2020-2024)
The role of VHRAB is to facilitate historical records coordination for statewide programming across multiple Vermont historical records repositories.
- Identify technical assistance needs of Vermont historical records repositories, propose training opportunities, and serve as a liaison between VHRP Director and repositories as needed.
- Identify opportunities for Vermont historical records repositories to collaborate on statewide programming and initiatives that support the preservation and promotion of historical records.
- Identify funding sources for technical assistance, programming, and initiatives and serve as a liaison between the VHRP Director and repositories on grant proposals.
- Identify ways to incorporate Vermont historical records in citizen engagement activities throughout the State.
