Change of Name & Address

Vermont law requires that OPR licensees and applicants notify the office within 30 days of a change of name or address. 3 V.S.A. § 129a(a)(14).

To verify or update your contact information, login to the Online Licensing platform. There is no charge to update your information.

OPR no longer uses postal mail to send notices and renewal reminders. All licensees must provide a current, accurate email address. If you fail to provide an email address or monitor the email address you provide, critical information about your license may not reach you.
