Our Online Services Platform has been updated! We hope you enjoy the look which includes relocation of our guest features to the left menu navigation bar, and a consolidated licensee lookup which is now Find a Professional.
Please do not register a new account if you are a current or past license holder with our office in Vermont or have ever submitted an application. Our platform supports the following browsers in laptop or desktop environments only: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Edge. Our system is not compatible with smart phones & tablets.

Renewal applications open 6 weeks prior to the expiration. A courtesy notification will be sent to the email address on file when your renewal opens.
Before you begin your initial or reinstatement application, please read OPR’s 90 Day Initial License Policy and Continuing Education and Impacts of COVID-19.
In our online licensing platform, you can:
- apply for an individual or business license
- check the status of your application
- request an official verification
- renew a license
- submit continuing education requests
Please allow five (5) business days for processing.
OPR no longer accepts paper applications.
Verification requests must be submitted through the Online Services Platform.
