To prevent possible delays, please verify your business name and business ID using our Online Business Search before submitting a document request.

For certified copies, please login to our Online Business Service Center to submit your request:

1. Login to our Online Business Service Center (new users must first create an account then select Certified Copy Requests from the main menu)
2. Follow on-screen prompts to submit request
