OPR has temporarily relocated to 128 State Street in Montpelier.

Our Bookings service is available to schedule an appointment with an OPR staff member when you need additional assistance with submitting an online application or renewal.

For your convenience, we work hard to answer your questions on our website and by email and phone. For customers who need additional support, we offer application assistance via Microsoft Teams and the ability to let us know you are coming to the office by scheduling an appointment.

If you have already submitted your application, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Updates will be sent to the email address on file and the deficiencies are updated in real time within the Online Services Platform. Please note that OPR no longer accepts paper applications and payments must be submitted online.
